34-year-old former Disney star Hilary Duff has shocked everyone by appearing totally nude in Women's Health magazine.

Hilary Duff, a former Disney star and one of the celebrities who uses applications to flirt, has not hesitated to star in a full nude for the magazine 'Womens Health'.

"I am proud of my body," acknowledged the 34-year-old actress and singer.

A nudity of which she is proud

Through her Instagram account, the actress shared the controversial photos for the May edition of the publication.

    "I'm proud of my body. I'm proud that she gave me three children. I've come to a place of being at peace with the changes my body has gone through," she told Women's Health.

After being the mother of her last child, Duff said that she is comfortable with her body and realized how powerful, talented and intelligent she is. She also got the word "mother" tattooed on her neck and began working out with trainer Dominic Leeder.

The actress promotes her new series

The spin-off of 'How I met your mother' with Hilary Duff as the protagonist, has just premiered last Wednesday, May 11, 2022, with the title in Spanish 'How I met your father' on Disney Plus Star Spain.
